For every property management owner you refer, we'll pay you either a one time fee of $300 per unit, OR 15% OF OUR MANAGEMENT FEES FOREVER! NO PROPERTY MANAGER THAT WE KNOW OF HAS EVER OFFERED TO PAY REFERRAL FEES IN PERPETUITY! Why are our referral fees so generous?’ Because we want to be your property management partner. We want to help you build your own property management revenue stream without the added stress and workload! And in return, we are able to increase our number of managed units.
Let’s imagine what becoming a partner of The Agency could look like... With our average sales home renting for $1,500, you could make approximately $270+ per year for each property you refer! If you refer 6 units per year (one every two months), you would receive quarterly payments totaling $1,620 every year! • FIRST YEAR (referred 6 properties). Approximately $270 per property, and an annual total of $1,620

How Does the Property Management Referral Process Work?
A typical referral would play out something like this: you have clients who need to get a certain price on their home/condo/etc or it’s just not worth it to sell. Or they have a tight timeframe or need the source of income. That’s the point at which you say to them, “This just may not be the right time to sell—and that’s okay. Let’s hand it over to The Agency to take care of the property and earn you rental income until it is the right time. They’re specialists with decades of experience. And their rates are very competitive.”
Your job is easy after that, since The Agency handles everything. And you benefit because your client is provided a valuable service. Providing great resources increases the trust and loyalty of your clients.

You’d think it’d make all the sense in the world for an agent to use the in-house property management arm of their brokerage. But honestly, when I stopped and thought about it, why wouldn’t I want to look beyond the brokerage I worked at?
